We consider ourselves lucky to be one of the few law firms fortunate enough to have several licensed insurance adjusters on staff -- not to compete with your business (as we do not adjust claims) but to provide technical support from people who understand first hand how the insurancecompanies think.
Unlike many law firms that don't have separate staff to handle specific tasks (often leaving one attorney (or secretary)) to handle everything from file review and intake, to suit preparation and status reports), our firm has a dedicated department of up to 20 people (including several paralegals, and adjusters, as well as two dedicated intake attorneys) just to handle the processing and preparation of case files. For clients, we feel that this means greater access to people who know the status of your cases and more hands working to get your case from the attorney's desk to the courthouse. Additionally, using state of the art technology, files are now digitally scanned at your facility or transmitted by e-fax to our office so you keep control of your records.
Sure it's great to win! But sometimes its more important to resolve your case than prove a point. That's why our broad experience as litigators as well as arbitrators and mediators gives us a more diverse perspective than many of the "fight-till--ya-drop" law firms. We believe a happy client whose case case settles quickly (even if the attorneys fees are lower for the lawyers) will send more work -- to the benefit of both the client and the attorney.
